A TOUCH OF HISTORY ON HOW WE CAME FULL CIRCLE


FCP Butchery is headed by a father-son team, both with deep industry experience who developed an outstanding relationship with an extremely talented chef. 
FCP is also proud to disclose that we have acquired Kalifornia Distilleries, INC. (now DBA Kalifornia Distilleries an Efficient Industries LLC Company) located right here in our valley. Kalifornia Distilleries has developed a huge following for its award-winning spirits already and has a bottling plant here in town. FCP will host KD tastings at our bar. 

The Father:
​Nick moved to Temecula on April 9th, 1987 from Phoenix Arizona. He was given the opportunity open a new property as the Executive Chef for Doubletree Hotel (now the Embassy Suites) being built in Temecula. Only 7,500 people combined lived in Temecula and Murrieta. Back then, Temecula was known as Rancho California and Riverside CSA 143. He got married in 1988. In January 1995, his son, Chris was born. Nick spent 15 years as an Executive Chef of some prestigious locales here in SoCal - Hotel Del Coronado, Temecula Creek Inn, and Pechanga Resort & Casino, to name a few. In 1999, Nick moved over to the supply chain side of food service and has been a very successful protein specialist, operations efficiency specialist, inventory controller, and HACCP coordination in the industry ever since. 

Nick serves as Director of Operations of FCP Butchery & Eatery.
The Son:
Chris is a very successful self-made business owner of a solar design & consulting company that he launched while still in high school. To date, that venture has completed over 35,000 projects in 32 states, and has expanded into safety label manufacturing, EV charger engineering and energy storage system engineering. His venture also provides design and consulting services for 2 Fortune 500 Companies with the ESS industry.  He currently holds a B and C10 contractor license and does both commercial and residential general and electrical contracting as well as solar installations. He and his team actually built the FCP facility. He is kept busy between his small children and running the 6 companies. 

Chris serves as CFO of FCP Butchery & Eatery.
The Chef:
Aaron is arguably the most creatively talented chef either Nick or Chris have come across. He has an extensive background in fine dining in dozens of highly successful restaurants. When we began this venture in 2020, Nick and Chris both agreed we would not pursue it further unless Aaron agreed to be the Executive Chef. He agreed and here we are.

We have a unique delta style management structure allowing us to be objective when making decisions and inciting a 2/3rds vote if we can’t come to an agreement.

​The FCP Team loves this valley and everything it has to offer. They intend to pay homage to that respect by giving it the very best they have to offer. True world-class proteins, food, drink, wines, and spirits, all served up with truly homegrown humble service. We look forward to meeting the locals and welcoming everyone into our Full Circle of friends and family.
